Paradigm Parachute and Defense Inc. Acquires ASR-Pioneer Assets, Expands Product Offerings and Global Reach
Pensacola, Florida – April 3, 2024 – Paradigm Parachute & Defense Inc., an advanced aerospace and defense parachute solutions leader, is pleased to announce its successful acquisition of ASR-Pioneer assets. The $2.25 million acquisition includes all assets from Airlift Technologies International, Strong Enterprises, and ASR-Pioneer’s Mississippi-based operation. The acquisition totaled three quarters of all assets of ASR-Pioneer.

This strategic acquisition positions Paradigm Parachute & Defense at the forefront of innovation in the defense and aerospace parachute industry. Airlift Technologies International, known as the only full OEM globally for the Type V Airdrop Platform System, is the standard in heavy duty airdrop platforms used in low velocity airdrops worldwide. Airlift Technologies International holds contracts with the federal government including an indefinite delivery contract from the Army Materiel Command Sustainment Command.
